Ezekiel Elineema Dembere (Ph.D candidate)

Ezekiel Elineema Dembere (Ph.D candidate), is professional leader with Masters
in Public Administration from Tsinghua University Beijing – China, Masters in
Environmental Science from the university of Dar es Salaam and Honorary
Bachelor Degree in Geography from the same University, currently serving as an
Executive Director. For the last 12 years, he was engaging in preparing,
supervising and evaluating community projects targeting youth and women,
engaged in researches with top research tanks in Tanzania such as REPOA –
Research for Policy Action and the University of Dar es Salaam also with Accra
University -Ghana, Roskilde University and The Michigan University -USA. The area of interest are
agriculture, land, water, forestry and gender. It is expected that Ezekiel will coordinate KUPANDA
MBEGU Project

Accountant – Finance Department
Neema

Neema is an accomplish accounting professional based in Mwanga, Kilimanjaro
with bachelor of arts in accounting from Moshi Cooperative University, she is in her
finals for her CPA qualification only one paper remined. Neema bult diverse carrier
serving as accountant at Kiwamwaku Foundation for the last 3 years, Green-bird
institute (for 2 years), where she managed budgets, financial transactions, tax
compliance and budget forecasting. She is currently leading Finance Department.
Additionally, her experience in customer service representative at MIC TANZANIA
(TIGO) has equipped her with strong interpersonal skills. Neema is dedicated to
uphold financial integrity and contributing positively to her community. It is
expected that Neema will lead financial matters of the project

Head of projects and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Ms. Jane Chaula

Ms. Jane Chaula is the graduate in community development from Iringa University with bachelor degree. She is currently serving as a head of projects, she monitors projects, she is in charge of ECONOMIC EMPOWEREMENT FOR VULNERABLE GROUP project. She is 5 years experienced in project design, implementation and assessments.

Yahaya Jumanne

Yahaya Jumanne is a forester with Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Sokoine University, He work at Kiwamwaku Foundation as a lead Forest Garden Project. Yahaya has a vast experience in agroforest and well trained through SAT courses that was offered in 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Julius Mariki

Julius Mariki is currently working together with Yahaya as agroforestry officer. Mariki hold a bachelor degree of science in horticulture from the Sokoine University. He is currently leading horticulture expert supporting 369 farmers in the forest garden project. He Joined Kiwamwaku Foundation from RECODER an NGO located in Arusha, working in agroforest. He is very innovative in horticulture and an experienced trainer.
